As you have probably gathered, this is not a Mai Tai. However, it is delicious, incredibly refreshing and super easy to make. We thought this would be a great addition to your Sunday brunch or Valentine’s Day breakfast in bed (hint, hint)!
What you’ll need:
- Champagne (the cornerstone of a Mimosa)
- Passion Fruit juice
- Champagne glass
- Bottle Opener
- I added the last two just to be obnoxious. Mission: accomplished.
Pour one part champagne and one part Passion fruit juice (mix if you so desire) and consume. Told ya, E-Z!
